Learning to become intentional with the way I chose to communicate, shifted my relationship in mind blowing ways. I decided I was no longer available for toxic arguments, feeling misunderstood, experiencing disconnection and having conversations that left me questioning myself.

I took responsibility for my own communication and chose to align with the woman I desired to be; Powerful, attractive, sophisticated and desirable (even in an argument). I got clear on my communication needs and my partners communication needs, and allowed this to lead the way.

This shift was incredible, and sparked all sorts of electricity in our relationship.

This is my intention for YOU.
