It's through your body. And that's exactly where we begin.

That's what we do together in a breathwork session.
Here's what most personal development spaces won't tell you.
You cannot think your way into a felt experience. You cannot affirm your way into safety. You cannot visualise your way into receiving something your nervous system doesn't feel safe holding.
If your body is full, there is no room.
Full of unfelt emotions. Unprocessed grief. Quiet resentments. The weight of expectations you've been carrying for years. The slow accumulation of overriding yourself, pushing through, performing fine when you're not.
That fullness isn't a character flaw. It's not evidence that you're broken or behind or not spiritual enough.
It's just capacity. And capacity can be changed.
When we create space in the body, something remarkable happens. Clarity that felt impossible starts to emerge naturally. Desires you'd stopped trusting begin to surface again. Decisions that once felt paralysing start to feel obvious. Opportunities you were too full to notice, or too contracted to receive, begin to land.
This is not magic. This is what happens when a full body finally gets to empty out.

Breathwork is the fastest way I know to move what the mind cannot reach.
In one session, the breath creates the conditions for emotional release that might take months of talking to arrive at. Not because it's forceful or dramatic, but because it bypasses the part of you that has learned to manage, explain, and intellectualise everything.
The body just feels. And in that feeling, things complete.
Old emotions that have been circulating finally move through. Held patterns begin to loosen. The internal noise that has been clouding your clarity starts to quiet.
And in that quieter, more spacious place, something becomes possible that wasn't before.
You begin to feel what you actually want. Not what you think you should want, not what you've been performing wanting. What you genuinely, bodily desire.
And that felt sense of your desire, held in a body that finally has room for it, is where aligned manifestation actually begins.

The Sessions
Every session is one hour of guided 1:1 breathwork, held via Zoom. You'll need a comfortable space where you can lie down, a blanket, and about an hour where you won't be interrupted. Every session also includes 7 days of Voxer or WhatsApp integration support afterward, and journal prompts to help you stay close to what shifted. Because what happens after a session matters as much as what happens during it.
Single Session — $333
One session. One hour. Enough to feel what space actually feels like in your body and to begin to understand what becomes available when the fullness clears.
Three Session Package — $888
Three sessions over four to six weeks. This is where real movement happens. The first session creates space. The second goes deeper. By the third, you begin to feel not just relief but possibility.

Five sessions that follow the two-part arc at the heart of all my work. The first sessions are for clearing, feeling what's there, completing what's unfinished, creating space. The final sessions move into something different. With the fullness cleared, we begin to intentionally feel the states you're moving toward. Safety. Clarity. Abundance. Ease. Not as affirmations. As felt experiences in the body.

Something that matters to me is what happens after the session, not just during it.
Breathwork can move a lot. Emotions surface, old patterns loosen, clarity starts to emerge. And then you go back to your life, your inbox, your family, and it can be hard to know what to do with what came up.
That's why every session includes 7 days of Voxer or WhatsApp support. You can send me a voice note, share what's landing, ask what something means. I'm there while the integration is still fresh.
