Mindset - We will discuss anxiety & how to make decisions confidently without anxiety & frustration getting in the way. We will cover what your CORE VALUES are & how to use them to make decisions. You will also learn about two very key journaling tools that will help you cultivate a health mindset.
Time Management - We all have a very obscure relationship with time. In this session we will learn to look at time differently and discovers ways we can put ourselves first. You will also learn how to build a morning routine that is FLEXIBLE with the time you have.
Nutrition: The mind & gut are connected therefore stress & anxiety can be reduced through what we eat and HOW we eat. You will learn more about how the gut effects our thinking, 3 foods to INCLUDE in your diet & three awesome mindful eating techniques.
Motivation: Would you like to wake up everyday feeling motivated & energized? In this final session learn some helpful techniques to get you off the couch and into action! We are going to talk about the words & language we use, the ego, questioning & lots more!
