Coconut Peanut Butter Protein Balls

Oh em gee! These little bites are deliciously decadent and completely refined sugar free!! I am so stoked how they turned out! Full of omega 3, protein, and fiber! The perfect on-the-go snack and simple to make!

Ingredients:
1.5 cups oats
7-8 dates chopped
1 scoop Choc Hemp & Greens (naturally sweetened with monk fruit)
1/4 cup ground flax
1/4 cup chia seeds
1/2 cup Ergogenics Chocolate Protein Powder

1/4-1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
4-5 tbsp coconut oil
4 tbsp peanut butter
1/4-1/2 water (just keep adding water until the consistency gets sticky)

METHOD: Throw all in the food processor and keep adding water until you get a sticky ‘rollable’ consistency. Then roll into little balls, you can make them as big or small as you like. Pop in freezer for 20 mins then enjoy! They are best stored in the freezer to keep them chewy and fresh! All the ingredients were just from my normal grocery store and this recipe took me 3 mins to prepare/make!! Happy Sugar Free days!!!
